Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinths,side of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring strutting, timbering and dewatering where ever required as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:-

Columns , pillars, posts and struts etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness), partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels Sides and soffites of beams beam haunchings, cantilevers, bresummers and lintels not exceeding 1mtr in depth in all heights from floor complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like etc. upto 200mm thickness complete in all respect complete in all respects as per the directions and best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In stairs complete in all with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20 Cm wide complete in all with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1:cement :3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation & plinth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10m thicknes) including attached butteresses, pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Columns , pillars, posts and struts etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lintle piller beam etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (2nd class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) in foundation complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost form work complete in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coat ) with oil bond washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortor droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel frames doors, window, clearstory window and other frames wrought ramed and fixed in position manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jumb lock jamb,beed and if reuired angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means,adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretretment of the surface complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clere storey windows including black enamelled iron but hings with necessary screws 40mm thick in 2nd class Deodar wood with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirts,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with paint other than white with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium sliding door bolts with nuts and bolts screws etc complete with in all leads & lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Size- 250x16mm

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium tower bolts (barrel type) with nuts and bolts screws etc complete with in all leads & lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Size- 150x10mm

Providing 40x3mm iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing of frame with 10 Cm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embending in C.C bolck 30x10x15 Cm 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with in all leads & lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium handles with nuts and bolts screws etc complete with in all leads & lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Size- 125mm

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1:cement :5 sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall, the size of plum shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HPPWD specifiction complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providng and fixing manually operated Chainpully of capacity 5.00 tonne including gantary girders complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
