CONSTRUCTION OF DAMAGE RETAINING WALL/BOUNDRY WALL BACK SIDE OF EXISTING BULLIDING OF DPO RESIDENCE AT NAHAN

Earth work in excavation by mechanicl means(Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas(exceeding 30 cm in dept, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 5 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kind of soil.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for :Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrecte abutment, wing, return wall with 100 mm diaPVCweep hole extending through the full with of thye structures with slope of 1 (v) :20 (h) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7

Extra for laying stone work(Boulder filling) in or under water and/or liquid mud i/c cost of pumping or bailling out water and removing slush etc. compiete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1:cement : 4 coarss 1Sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular)brick of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in: 1:4

15 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 :cement :3 coarse sand) finished with a floating cost of nead cement on the rough side of single or half brick wall.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade(Two or more coast))over and including water thinnable priming cost with cement primer

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All wofr up to plinth level:(1:4:8 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 finished with a floating cost of neat cement i/c cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. comolete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
