Outsourcing services for manning, operation, maintenance and documentation of central air conditioning plant complete with connected equipments and acessories of DX type of capacity 2 x 13 TR with 50% standby at 35 ANEXEE at ‘A’ area in 23 FAD Depot area to achieve the desired temperature/humidity by one operator in One shift per day, comprises of 8 hours, time of shift as decided & directed by Engineer-in-Charge including sunday/holiday including works as per daily orders given by the concerened JE & AGE complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Notes For Srl Item No 1 to 11 above of BOQ :- (I) Minimum qualification for Operator shall be ITI PASSED in appropriate field or 4 year experience in same field. Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each operator employed by him to Engineer in Charge. (ii) Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for operator employed by him. (iii) Contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost. (iv) Weekly off shall be given to all operator employed by contractor as per existing state/central govt rules.Provision of reliver for each operator employed by contractor shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted in BOQ by the tenderer/contractor.

(v) Cleaning of installations and surrounding area shall be responsibilities of operator employed by contractor and unit rate quoted for item shall deemed to inludes this provision. (vi) Necessary logbook/logsheet ,duty roaster,attendace register will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Engineer In Charge. (vii) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift/manpower , penalty @ Rs 1000/- per shift shall be recovered from the contractor.
