For the work rewinding repairing rectification of cooling fan at various 132 KV Sub Stations under ETD Azamgarh

General maintenance /servicing of heavy duty cooling fan of 40 MVA T/F having capacity 415 V,50 Hz,.The scope of work includes safe disconnection of electrical wirings of fan,removing case guard of cooling fan,dismantelling of fan motor from main structure from radiator,cleaning,oiling/greasing/lubfication of bearing,replacement of defective bearing/bushes if required,proper alignment of rotor shaft & fan wheel,proper sealing,changing of connections leads etc.The work also includes refitting/reinstallation back on radiator structure. checking the performance of the fans after connecting the proper supply and starting/stopping of fans at desired setting and free from abnormal noise.All men, material,consumbles,T&P shall be provided by the contactor at his own cost. Complete rewinding and servicing of 415 V,50 Hz, cooling fan of 40 MVA T/F by removing the fan from foundation of T/F. Dismantling of fan and rewinding of motor with fresh supper enamelled copper wire of standered gauge and drying properly after varnishing, replacement of worn out bearing 4 Nos. reparing of bearing housing turning of shaft and changing of connection leads,refitting of the fan on the foundation and checking the performance of the fan after connecting the proper supply.
