Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) - Grade M15 using 20 mm (0.54 Cum.) and 12 mm (0.36 Cum.) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

RR Masonry in CM (1:6) using granite stones from any source confirming to the relevant ISI Standards including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, packing, neat finishing etc., complete as per specifications (excluding cost of bond stones)

Construction of brick masonry in CM (1:6) using well burnt bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (non modular or traditional size) (230 X 110 X 70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Construction of 110 mm thick Brick partition walls in CM (1:4) using well burnt bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non modular or traditional size) bricks (230X110X70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., Complete

Masonry work in CM (1:6), with fly ash cement/ lime solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm, using fly ash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs, Gypsum of 5 kgs and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding and curing etc., complete with a compressive strength not less than 50 kg/sq.cm etc complete as directed during execution

Plastering in CM using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specification etc., complete for the following proportions.

Finishing the sides of walls with glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 300 x 450 mm/ 320 mm x 400 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs, including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete.

Flooring with Antiskid/ Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades & designs (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of CM (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including white cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work.

Flooring with Double charged (with double layer pigment)/ multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades & designs, set over base coat of CM (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg per sq.m & joints with spacer joints with 3 mm wide jointed neatly with filer material of cement/ epoxy grout/ white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade as directed during execution, including cost and conveyance of all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using MS Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes in to RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position MS Tubes & Pipes of all diametres as per IS - 1161 of approved design, including labour charges for fabricating and fixing, necessary cuttings, bending, welding, grinding and finishing smooth, including cost of welding rods, power charges, including painting two (2) coats with synthetic enamel paint grade-I, over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three (3) coats) of approved make and colour, including cost of making the holes in to RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including labour charges for fixing in position, cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Hire charges for Supply and erection of digital design flex banner with required material like threads and sticks etc., to erect specified place as directed by the department. The cost is including material, labour for printing, erection and removal after completion of the function etc complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of digital design flex boards with frame work made with of 25 mm x 25 mm MS square pipe (light weight)with required back support to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The cost inclusive of materials, labour for printing, erection and removal square pipe (light weight) after completion of the function.

Digital design, Supply and erection of flex sheet boards with back support of frame work made with 25 mm x 25 mm MS square pipe (light weight) to erect all the specified places as directed by the department. The cost is including all materials, labour for printing, erection at specified place including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the department.
