SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO T-92 (A AND B) OF AD REGT UNDER AGE (I) NABAGRAM AT NABAGRAM MILITARY STATION

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness including top finish below or above ground level) and removing debris out of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to receive floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs 18-20 mm thick Black granite stone as in cooking platforms, slabs for oval type WHB, sinks etc & the likes complete laid over 15 mm thick cement sand screed in cement mortar 1:4 incl mirror polishing complete & providing necessary holes for gas pipe / water supply pipes etc. , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 6 to 8 mm thick (square, rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18sqm as per IS 13712 Grade II(a), in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shed, single charged (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.05 here-in-above but in vertical surface as skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match on vertical surfaces as in dado [colour and pattern as approved by AGE(I)], including dismantling of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick machine cut KOTA stone slab as in floor (size not less than 580mm x 580mm) , treads, steps etc (Single piece for steps, selfs slabs etc), machine cut, laid over and including 15mm thick in screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of the slab, floor etc incl rubbing and Mirror polishing , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles Area exc .0.13 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as per IS 13712 Grade II(a) over and include15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match on vertical surfaces as in dado, Skirting [colour and pattern as approved by AGE(I)] including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing including demolition of existing, complete all as specified and directed.
