facility, gas lift mechanism, castors, and chrome-plated MS star base as required. The work shall include

reupholstering the seat with premium-quality fabric, restoration of ergonomic features, servicing and

adjustment of all movable parts, tightening of fittings, replacement of worn-out hardware, and overall

refinishing to restore functionality, seating comfort, durability, and executive appearance.

2 Guest Chair Restoration of existing guest chairs including replacement of seat fabric, mesh back support, cushioning 37 NO

foam, armrests, touch-up painting of frame, tightening of fittings, and overall restoration.

3 Manager Workstation Designing, fabricating, and installing a manager workstation/office table using 25 mm thick pre-laminated 7 NO

particle board for the tabletop and 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board for the structural framework,

side panels, modesty panel, and storage components. The workstation shall be of knock-down construction

for ease of transportation and installation, complete with edge banding, necessary hardware, fittings,

storage pedestal, cable management provisions, and all accessories required for a durable and aesthetically

4 Sofa Design, fabrication, supply, and installation of a 3 seater new sofa unit using a sturdy wooden/engineered 7 NO

frame, upholstered with premium-quality pinewodd with plywood cross section. The sofa shall be provided

with synthetic leather high-density foam cushioning for enhanced seating comfort and durability, along

with robust legs/support structure and superior finishing. The scope includes complete fabrication,

assembly, polishing/finishing, and all necessary materials and accessories to deliver a durable, aesthetically

appealing, and ergonomically designed seating solution.Dimension : 198 cm(L) x 79 cm (W) x 86 cm (H)

5 Almirah Providing, fabricating, and installing a steel almirah of size 900 mm (L) × 450 mm (D) × 1200 mm (H), 12 NO

manufactured from high-quality CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) steel sheets. The almirah shall be of

complete knock-down construction with metal plain doors, finished in dark brown, grey, or approved

equivalent colour. It shall be equipped with a 3-way locking mechanism, four adjustable shelves for secure

and organized storage, and a fully enclosed bottom to prevent moisture and dust ingress. The unit shall be

treated with anti-corrosive coating and finished with durable powder coating, complete with all necessary

hardware, fittings, and accessories for satisfactory installation and use.

6 Centre Table 4 NO

Designing, fabricating, supplying and installing centre table of size W1200 × D750 × H750 mm, with 25 mm

thick pre-laminated particle board tabletop, 2 mm PVC edge banding, and 18 mm thick pre-laminated

particle board / powder-coated MS structural support. The table shall be of sturdy knock-down construction

with commercial-grade hardware, adjustable floor levelers, durable scratch- and stain-resistant finish, and

all necessary fittings and accessories for easy installation and long-lasting use.
