Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed Note:- As applicable for the relevant items of this Sch. Water table is 300 mm below the ground level. Water shall be encountered during excavation and soil will be mixed with water. Contractor's quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of dewatering, excavation & nothing extra shall be admissble to the contractor on this account.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting outin trenches not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for foundation/ laying of pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc. 1.50 Km but not exc. 5 Km and deposited where direced at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M 30 RMC Design mix in walls, retaining walls, basement walls any thickness above footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for form work to face of walls, retaining walls, abutment, similar work, vertical or batter with rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M 30 RMC Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

S & F for Mild steel TMT(CRS) bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concreate railings, openings in concrete walls , floor and roof fair finished not exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm wide with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.all as specified and as directed

M & L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab and similar works not exceeding 200mm thick with rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M 30 RMC Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone agg in pre cast cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary formwork and the like complete all as directed.

S & F for Mild steel TMT (CRS) bars bars (Fe 500D) 6mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coarse stone aggregates of size exc 40 mm but n exc 150 mm including hand packing tightly, filling dry covered through geo textile cloth as derected by GE, all as specified and as directed. Note :- Geo textile shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this sch.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints in trenches/floor for forming weep holes all as specified and as directed

Removing the chokes in drains of any diameter pipe/ covered drains by manual rodding/ mechanically operated choke remover as may be necessary including removing/refixing manhole/ water gully cover etc and removing the spoil out side MD land complete .all as specified and as directed

Desilting of storm water drains, open/ covered drains, surface drains of any size including removing and refixing covers and removal of silt/ mud etc out side MD land complete. all as specified and as directed

M & L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6.all as specified and as directed

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary formwork etc as in coping complete all as specified and directed

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 300mm internal dia of pipes. all as specified and as directed

All as per item No.23 here in before but for 600mm internal dia. all as specified and as directed

S & F 300mm (Internal dia) Reinforced concrete pipes Class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars.all as specified and as directed

All as per item No.25 here in before but for 600mm internal dia of pipes. all as specified and as directed

M & L Hardcore of gauge not exc 63mm Broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.all as specified and as directed

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement with impression of expanded metal whilst concrete is green.all as specified and as directed

S&F for Geo Textile of approved quality as specified and as directed by GE

Demolition/Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar as directed

Demolition/Dismantling of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) as directed
