Excavation in foundation trenches etectra in earth work in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, including chiseling or wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited, or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during dewatering, removal of slush and stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation with in all leads, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetre) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, heights of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, and the like floor, etcetra up to any thickness, up to all floor level and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footings, basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Malkhana, royality, octroi, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) thick stone soling/ filling under floors complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per HPPWD specification or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un coursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement is to six sand is to twelve graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth upto all heights/depths including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement isto five sand) complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Tor steel of TATA TISCON/SAIL reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding, cutting, straightening and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor levels complete as per HPPWD specifications approved drawings, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position complete as per HPPWD specifications or as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying 40mm (Forty millimetre) cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement isto two sand isto four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty five millimetre) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per HPPWD specifications approved drawings, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (Nerolac/Asian or equivalent make) and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper, primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth upto all floor level as per HPPWD specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Sales tax, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Heritage/Alteck/Narolac or equivalent paints) for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone /plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning, oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints) complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian or equivalent paints) and of approved shade to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with readymixed paint acid resisting brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
