Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismantling aluminium partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variationin profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

Re-assembling and fixing in position the dismantled aluminium partitions with particle board. aluminium grills and glass using with necessary new rubber gasket, screws, mortice locks etc. as directed by the Engineer-in- charge complete.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 6 mm thick PVC ceiling panels fixed on anodised aluminium frame work (minimum thickness of anodization thickness of 15 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Two coats.

Providing and fixing homogeneous antistatic polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof surface using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in approved colour and shade
