Part 20 - Electrical Items
OD310072/2023-2024:Supply, installation and commissioning of all Electrical items conforming to the relevant standards other than specified elsewhere in this estimate– All electrical items required for WTP inclusive of 1) ECSC(Estimated cost of service connection) payable to KSEB for availing service connection including cost of extension of existing 11KV line to WTP site and other statutory charges 2) Supply, Errection testing and commissioning of Centrifugal blower of capacity 15 HP-2 nos with starter and Motor and cabling 3) Providing automatic power factor control panel with capacitors, relays and contactors of sufficient rating.4) Sub switch boards at various locations in the WTP containing suitable rating MCCBs and indicating instruments as per KEI standards 5) Providing sufficient numbers of plate earthing as per IS and according to the earth resistance value at site using 1200x1200x12mm GI/CI earth plate , sufficient quantity of Pipe earthing, Laying earth bus using 25x6mm Copper strip, earthing the equipments, transformers, motors and panels using 25x3mm and 25x6mm copper strips including excavation and clamping as per CEA regulations and relevant standards 6) Supply and Laying of various sizes of UG Cables other than that shown in other item in this estimate for giving supply to SSBs from the MSB, to Control panels, to other auxiliary equipments and motors, Lighting DBs, Street lights etc including excavation and clamping ,7) Supply and fixing three phase vertical type DBs and three phase lighting DBs wherever necessary with RCCBs, Isolators and sufficient number of MCBS at various locations 8) providing sufficient quantity of Lights using LED tubes and lights, wiring in conduits ,earthing using copper conductors ,supply and fixing Fans, Exhaust fans, Power Plugs/Plugs including with flash lights etc. in the building and its outside 9) Supply and providing sufficient number tubular poles for street lights and fixing 50W water proof LED street light fittings with sintex box with fuse unit for cable termination around the WTP compound in order to illuminate the WTP area 10) Supply and installing all fire safety equipments ,Earth mats, etc as per standards in the WTP 11) Supply and providing push button stations near the motors including control wiring 12)Fabrication and fixing of cables trays and supports of various sizes 13) All other electrification works required for the smooth functioning of the WTP.
Part 21 - Water supply and sanitary works
