Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) grade, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level

Reinforced cement concrete work in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work in Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth leve

Laterite masonary in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level using neatly dressed laterite stones including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing welded mesh 25x25x 10g on 25mmx25mmx4mm angle welded with a coat of iron primer including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing GI powder coated trafford sheets 0.50mm or nearest available thick with GI bolts and nuts plate washers and bitumin washers, M seal and 150mm overlap at ends including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.complete

Providing hip or valleys in powder coated GI sheet 0.6mm or nearest fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete

Providing 150mm or nearest available size PVC gutter with necessary clamps, bolts, nuts and specials such as nozzles sockets stoppers etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Finishing walls with two or more coat Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade in New work (applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with two or more coats synthetic enamel paint on new work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Providing and fixing 110mm (4") PVC pipe (4kg/cm2) best quality Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall
