Opening and examination of faulty tranformers at TMR Store-Dismantling of the core assembly,assessing the quantum of work for repairs,returning the scrap items tostore, loading useful parts to lorry,transporting it to the works of contractor and repairing of the transformer,dryingout core and winding,soldering,braicing of winding connections,cleaning tank,tube conservator,tank etc. including repairing tank refilling transformer with reclaimed transformer oil,circulating the oil,conducting testing as per releventIS,recondition of breather including refilling with new sylica gel,cleaning,scraping,painting,repairing tap switch,changing gsket,bolt,nut, washersetc.. complete testing of transformer and return the repaired transformer to TMR, including loading and unloading etc. complete 100kVA.

Reclamation of transformer oil in the faulty transformer oil in the fauly transformer up to the required BDV level and testing.Wastage allowance up to 10% of the quality indicated in the name plate of transformer will be allowed.
