5.1.1Earth Work in excavation in Foundation Trenches in Ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item -B) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M including all lift, leveling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of tree shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I

5.6.3Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joint filled with local sand including cost of water taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.3.1.6Providing and laying in position cement concete of soecified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up tp plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand (Zone -III) :8 graded stone aggregrate 40 mm normial size)

5.3.10Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sandizone-Iil} : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). All works above plinth level upto floor V level

5.5.4Providing Tor steel reinforcement as per approved design & drawing

5.3.17.3Suspended floors, roof , landings , balconies and access platform

5.3.17.5Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

5.2.6providing designation 75 B brickwork in C M ('1 :6 ) in foundation and Plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing. taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

5.2.54Providing designation 112 mm thick reinforced designation 100 A brick work vuith fly ash lirne brick (FLAG)confirming to lS 12894-1990 (9"x4'5"x3" ) in C.M. ( 1 . 4 ) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including the cost of screening, carriage of materials,n caffolding, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) all complete as per building specificationand direction of E/|.
