Dadooing walls with colour designed digital print ceramic tiles with borders, with size of 300 mm X 450 Mm x 8 mm and above set in cement mortar 1:2 pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 kg/Sq.m nbatly in all floors, curing etc,complying with standard specificationand as directed by the departmental officers.(the make and brand of the tiles should be like johnson /kajaria/somany/nitco/RAK or Equivalent which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

White washing two coats by using emulsion paint over primer coat with white colour for ceilings including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats inside walls by using Interior emulsion paint over a primer one coat and two coats of wall putty including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats out side walls by using Exterior emulsion paint over a primer one coat of approved quality with suitable colour including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Providing and fixing sanitary fitting of oriya patten Water Closet 580x440 mm with P/S trap connecting with PVC ventilating shaft and Y bend complete, including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of wash basin of size 550x400mm white colour and of approved quality and make with 12/15mm dia brass CP pillar tap , 32mm PVC waste pipe , 12/15mm CP angle cock , 15mm brass nipple, 15mm nylon connection etc. fixing the basine in the wall with GI/Alu. brackets, giving necessary water connection etc., and mirror with beveled edge fixed with suitable CP brass screws & towel rod etc., complete.
