Material and labour for, cutting holes superficial area not exc.150 Sq.cm into or through brick walls exc.half brick but not exceeding one brick, built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as required complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 350 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622, economy class, Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) for fixing wall tiles including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non, skid ceramic tiles, coloured 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc.0.18 Sqm conforming to IS 15622, economy class, grade B IIa on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for, plastering in patches not exc.3.0 Sqm in each patch including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on surface fair faces of brickwork and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of new surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for 75mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade,15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down existing steel tubing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing, and making good, cutting exc.10cm but not exc.10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for vitreous china wash basin, wlite, flat back, size 550 x 450mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe, 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for angle stop valves, fancy type, chromium plated , cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for steel pipe or for unions, 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 50 mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for bib tap, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and PVC wastes pipe 800mm long and CP waste copling ; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for PVC solid waste pipe 31/32 x 800mm all as per Cat No.3271 of make Prayag or equivalent model of make Polytuff/ Shakti, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for PVC solid waste pipe 38/40 x 800mm all as per Cat No.3281 of make Prayag or equivalent model of make Polytuff/ Shakti, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 32mm dia waste coupling, brass, chromium plated for basins with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 38mm dia waste coupling, brass, chromium plated for sink with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specifiued and directed

Supply and fix for 75mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door door complete all as specifiued and directed

Supply and fix for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door door complete all as specifiued and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for stainless steel grating 100mm dia with or without hole all as per Cat No.FT-04 of Prayag or equivalent model of make Hidware, Parryware, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, stainless steel grating 125mm dia with or without hole all as per Cat No.FT-07 of Prayag or equivalent model of make Hidware, Parryware, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sub main/ circuit wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 4.00 Sqmm (nominal area) with multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, drawn through and including PVC casing and capping with all accessories and earth continuity conductor of single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 4.00 Sqmm (nominal area) with multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Two run of wiring cable, one run of earth wire and one run of casing & capping will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix for single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, miniature circuit breaker (MCBs) single pole and neutral, 240 Volts, 10KA, 'C' curve, 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, miniature circuit breaker (MCBs) single pole, 240 Volts, 10KA, 'C' curve, 6 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, sheet metal enclosure, double door, vertical type, for DBs for mounting of MCB for 240 Volts, 4 way, with 200 Amps rated bus bar, Single Pole & Neutral, complete all as specified and directed.
