As built survey for every sewage and water pipeline and other assets must be done using DGPS based RTK method by transferring the coordinates from the nearest Static GCP of CMWSSB. Where there are signal interruptions for the RTK method, Total Station can be used. The coordinates from the static GCP shall be transferred to the Total Station by RTK method and the co- ordinates of the assets can then be captured by Total Station. All the features, attributes of all the assets, utilities captured shall be Geo referenced as per standard Coordinate reference system (WGS 84 UTM Zone 44N). The final base map with assets and utilities shall be furnished in (.shp) format. The geo referenced assets and utilities along with the attributes (as specified by the GIS Wing, CMWSSB) shall be converted into proper geo database (FGDB / PGDB) with the attributes. One set Hard and Soft Copy of all the CMWSSB assets and utility has to be prepared category wise network wise in A0 Print for verification in a print scale of 1:1000 in A0 plot, with standard legends ininternational and NUIS standards and should be legible and three sets of final Hard Copy in A0 print.

Manufacturing, testing, supply, delivery and jointing of pipes using MS plates as per IS 7322-1985 with inside lining and outside coating
Excavating of driving pit and receiving pit of size 3.00m (length) x 3.50m (breadth), depth upto 5m in all soil including shoring and strutting using 6mm tk MS Plate of size 3.50m x 3.50m usable for 10 operations and providing 16mm thickness MS plate of size 3.00m x 3.50m with 100mm x100mm x 12mm angles of 4m length for holding the MS plates for Thrust arrangements to receive the impacts during pushing operation of encasing pipe. Lowering the following size of MS encasing pipe by using Contractor’s crane and machineries and jointing MS pipes by welding, across the National Highways/State Highways/ Railways/Canal crossing etc and driving the horizontal bore by pushing / jacking method (trenchless technology method) using contractor’s machineries such as cranes, jacks, jacking materials, generator, welding machineries, compressor, jack hammer and other equipments etc. without interfering and causing any hindrance to the movement of traffic or any other vehicles, without any disturbances to the railway/road/canal formation etc. including bailing / pumping of water where ever necessary without affecting any installation like water supply peline/telephone cable, electric cables etc. passing nearby area and scooping the earth inside the pipes and pit and depositing the surplus earth in a convenient place and leveling the site after completion of entire work as directed by TWAD Engineers. The rate includes the cost of driving pit, thrust bed/wall and receiving pit to the depth of om to 5m excluding the cost of MS pipes.
