M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level , connected to GI strip size 32X6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main switch board or equipement, including watering arrangement with GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh with PCC chamber. CI cover with frame , 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earthing lead etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returning, filling, removal of soil outside MD land, filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion. Notes : Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 metres from earth electrode will be included in unit rate, complete all as specified and directed.
