Eligibility Criteria

Single entity or Joint venture(maximum 2 members) is acceptable

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder should quote exclusive of GST

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

3.2 b) Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project /STP project/ water supply project/ Irrigation Projects /combined water supply & sewerage project/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Road/ combined water supply or Sewerage project withLayout works/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Building worksof value not less than Rs.761.00Lakh. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any nepartner should meet the requirement.

3.2 e) The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess experience in Construction of minimum ofHAAF/CAMUS/NEBR/equivalent Type STP/WTP with minimum1.50MLD Capacity in last five years. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any one partner should meet the requirement.

3.2 c) Executed in any one year of the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) the following minimum quantities of works. 1)Earthwork excavation in all kinds of strata / embankment / Sub grade by mechanical / manual means-15641CUM, 2)PCC/RCC concrete-3382CUM, 3)Reinforcement Steel-160MT. Note: The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or Equivalent or Employer in case of Govt / Semi Govt. Authorities and General Manager in case of Public Sector Undertaking. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any onepartner/jointlyshouldmeet the requirement in the same financial year

3.2 d) The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works totaling to Rs. 65.00 Lakh in any one year. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any ne partner should meet the requirement

3.3 a) availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished. 1)Excavators-Owned-1, Hire-1, Total-2. 2)Tippers-Owned-2, Hire-2, Total-4. 3)Self-loading Concrete mixer-Owned-2, Hire-2, Total-4. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any one partner/jointly should meet the requirement. Note: The bidder shall provide invoice/RC book copies for owned vehicles and for lease / hire vehicles, agreement along with RC book copy for vehicles

3.3 b) Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.503.00Lakh (credit lines/letter of credit/Certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks in Karnataka, India as per the format below. Financial Status

3.2 a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes ofcivil engineering construction works only) of Rs.3043.00Lakh.If the bid is submitted as JV, then the requirement of minimum financial turnover shall be considered on the basis of combined resources. The lead partner should have an annual financial turnover of not less than 51% of total turnover indicated above in any two financial years during last 5 financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25). All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (unique document Identification Number)generated through the ICAI (The Institute of chartered Accountants of India) Portal. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document. Note: In case of JV, Joint venture partnership deed shall be submitted as per section 10 format for Joint Venturealong with the other documents through KPP Portal. 1) Individual Rs.3043.00 Lakh, 2) Joint Venture-Lead Member Rs.3043.00 Lakh
