OD120667/2023-2024:Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 315 KVA Indoor Type Unitized Substation comprising of H.T. panel trunked with cast resin Transformer with 630A VCB on H.T. side and bottom / top entry cable box as per technical details furnished below. H.T. Portion H.T. Portion consists of 1 No 11K.V, 630A, 350M.V. A VCB with 2O/C relay with high set elements one E/F relay with DC trip with earth inter lock with main switch and mechanical ON/OFF indication, with shunt trip coil for the remote operation of the VCB. Transformer Portion consists of 315 KVA, 11 K.V, 50 Hz, Delta/Star (Dyn-11) connected cast resin insulated copper wound transformer, Ratio 11KV/433, 3 Phase AN cooled. The core shall be made of high grade grain oriented silicon M4 steel lamination insulated and oxide layer and outside of the core shall be protected against corrosion by epoxy resin finish. Class 'F' insulation level shall be maintained. The maximum total loss of the transformer shall meet latest ECBC standards. OFF load tap changing facility shall be incorporated so as to achieve tap position from +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% changeable by tap links. Temperature scanner with trip annunciator is to be provided. The transformer shall confirm to IS 2026: Part 11 2021/ IEC 60076-11:2018 Dry type Transformer. The transformer shall be subjected to all routine tests as per the relevant IS/ IEC standards and shall have all other standard fittings as per IS: 2026. TOD Metering Facilities consists of 3nos (rating suggested by K.S.E.B) 15VA, 0.2S Class Accuracy Cast resin C.T. 1No 3Phase 3Limb 11KV/110V, 10VA, 0.2 Class accuracy Cast resin P.T. with protective fuses. Provision for fixing TOD meter & test terminal block, (TOD meter and CT, PT unit compartment shall be so fabricated. So as to enable the K.S.E.B authorities to seal it). and including arranging testing and installation of the same with K.S.E.B. Testing Division. LT Portion consists of 1No 4Pole 630A 50KA microprocessor base MCCB inbuilt earth fault with setting range 50-100% with shunt release and rotary handle including NCT and MC12 relay. All inter connection from HT VCB switch to transformer and to LT breaker shall be given using Copper bus bars and support insulators. All internal earth connections are to be given as per standards. Necessary protection shall be made for giving cable connections on the HT side as well as LT side including LT Cable Box. Phase barriers and shrouding as per rules has to be given. The enclosure shall comply to IP 23 standards made of 2 mm CRCA sheet and shall have provisions with Epoxy powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank processes. The Transformer Enclosure shall have suitably designed Louvers for Air Circulation and efficient Cooling, required including Danger boards, signage, lettering etc. required as per standards. The USS shall be installed at site as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

OD133357/2025-2026:Supply, conveyance, Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV 630A 3 pole VCB add on breaker, SF6 insulated, outdoor type motor operated, extensible one way, with jointing box suitable to couple with existing RMU. Add on shall be with terminal protectors protection relays with all materials complete conforming to relevant IS/ IEC standards and as per KSEB specifications as required.
