COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF COOLING APPLIANCES ALONG WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN BAREILLY UNDER GE (AF) BAREILLY

Repair/ maintenance of cooling appliances like Window/ Split type Air Conditioners, Water Coolers, Refrigerators, Desert coolers, Deep freezers, Dehumidifiers and Flame Proof Air Conditioners etc installed in various buildings of AF Station Bareilly including minor parts such as nut bolts, grease, washer, leakage testing and rectification of leakage by brazing/ soldering/ welding etc by replacing worn-out spares, charging of refrigerant gas etc. including necessary T&Ps and consumables required for cleaning, welding / brazing works etc complete by engaging adequate skilled refrigerator mechanics & helpers on all days during contract period complete all as specified. NOTE : (i) Repalcement of spares and refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' and the fixing/ charging element is included in the quoted rate. (ii) Rewinding of motors, painting etc shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) All type of T&Ps / Ref mech tool kit related to AC such as Nitrogen/ Leakage /copper brazing/ Alum Brazzing etc will be provided on first day by the contractor and after completion of contract, it will be returned to contractor. (iv) The complaint of above appliances must be rectified / completed within two hours of raising of complaint failing which a penalty of Rs. 500 per complaint shall be levied from the contractor's dues. (v) All the spare items will be of exisiting make and model of AC / Refrigerator / FLP AC / Desert Cooler.

Supply and filling of Refrigerant gas R22 & Refrigerant R134 or any other refrigerant in sealed cylinders.

Servicing of Air Conditioners any type and size such as Window / Split / Tower / Flame Proof AC) including washing out all filters after cover with Jacket and washing with pressure pump to the Indoor unit and Out door unit satisfactory level all as specified.

Servicing of Desert Cooler any type and size including washing out all four side grass filters and washing with pressure pump upto satisfactory level all as specified.

Supply and filling of Refrigerant gas Mafron-32 & Refrigerant R410 or any other refrigerant in sealed cylinders.
