Supply & fixing of K - Lite Make KP - ID 4316 Exendra Double Arm Lighting Pole or equivalent DWARKA / BAJAJ / K-Lite including polyurethane paint with fittings & fixing of E - 27 base 15 W warm LED Lamp 2 Nos. with foundation Nut bolt complete set with all labours & materials at site. (Pole Height 3050 mm).

Erecting of decorative pole size 3050 mm long with a pedestal of size 400 x 400 x 1000 mm with a PCC {M20 (1:1.5:3) grade concrete} of 125 mm thick over 75 mm thin single B. F. S. (size 600 x 600 mm) provided 8 Nos. 12 fi vertical bars with 7 Nos 8 mm fi stirrups and 300 mm plaster and neat cement above ground level as per drawing.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mtr. Long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtr long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washeres incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level driven to an averate depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below (01 no earthing for 5 nos of pole). By ISI Medium.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and fitting & ramming. For Soft Soil.

S & F earthing rod (1830 x 30 mm) with doubel GI nut with 8 SWG GI wire for connecting with pole and fittings.

Supply & Erectiion of mini feeder pillar box of size (918 x 56 x 382 mm) made up of 2 mm thick MS plate along with suitable MS angle. The PB have doubel hinge door at the front and back with suitable locking arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 coates of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement shoud be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessores. Leg of the pillar box will be 900 mm in length by made of up (35 mm x 35 mm x 3 mm) MS angle with suitable base plate, legs of the pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (6:3:1). Rest portion covered by 5" Brick wall the plastering & net cement and bottom portioin filled with silver sand as drawing & direction of EIC.

Supplying Al. conductor PVC insulated and sheathed underground armoured cable, 1.1 KV grade. Specification : 4C x 10 sqmm or Havells / Polycab / DEI PVC Armoured.

Laying through Underground Trench :: Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth with brick protgection of the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos., bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying through RCC / Hume / Gi Pipe :: Laying only cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC / Hume / GI pipe / open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 core.

Suppling and fixing medium guage GI pipe (ISI - Medium) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required : (i) 30 mm dia.

Compressiion Glands Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture - proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cable as below : 2 core 10 sqmm

Fixing cable end Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cable by crimping methoid including suppplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive pase and jointing materials. 2 core 10 sqmm.

Supply and fixing 240 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10 KA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. Specification : Havells (6 - 32 Amp)

S & F of 40 mm heavy guage Polythene Pipe with complete materials and labour at site.

Supplying and drawintg 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prrelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necessary connection as required (i) 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm).

Supply and Fixing of 2 mm Polyvinyl glow sign board made of 22 SWG GI sheet box with 5" x 12" aluminium channel for fixing the vinyl board after necessary cutting the lettter as required & S / F LED tube light fittings along will all acessories.
