Tender for approved list of Contractors_ Eligibility criteria for providing cleaning services on contractual basis through quotation system at various Railway Station of Jabalpur Division.

The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be as indicated above. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be submitted with the bid.

I.The bidder should have at least 5 years experience in cleaning work of relevant discipline. (Similar Nature of Work) II.At the time of enlistment, they should have satisfactorily executed at least two works each individually costing not less than Rs.25lakh. III.During the last 3 financial years, they should have received contractual payments of at least Rs.1 crore. 1)5 years experience certificate for similar nature of work as defined :- "Manual/Mechanised deaning of coaches in any of the coaching depot of Indian Railways OR Manual/Mechanised on route cleaning of trains during stoppage under the "Clean Train station" scheme. OR Providing "Housekeeping services on trains. OR Manual/Mechanised cleaning of Railway station premises over Indian Railways OR Manual/Mechanised cleaning services in Airports/Hotels/Hospitals/ Office Building or Complexes of Government organisation/PSU OR Manual/Mechanised deaning contracts at any private organisation, company/unit

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

For registration in the approved List, the contractor should furnish a non-refundable fee of Rs.20000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) respectively for registration under Category "B". In this case, the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shall be taken into consideration for the above purpose. For all successful bidders, the EMD shall be retained by the Railway Administration. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded after completion of the relevant tendering process.
