Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The intending bidder should have in last five years that is, from 2020-21to 2024-25completed at least 90Percentage of the contract valueas a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work such as canal work of value not less than 50Percentage of the estimate value of amount put to tender that is,Rs. 249.41 Lakhs.The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of Executive Engineer should be uploaded. The work done value of the previous year shall be updated to present price level of 2025-26 at 10Percentage per annum

The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantity of items in any one financial year in previous 5 financial years from 2020-21to 2024-25 for which the necessary certificates issued by officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer, shall be uploaded.a.Earth Excavation or Embankment 18888.76 cum b.M15 and above Cement concrete 2226.80 cum c.Steel Reinforcement 2.50 Tonne

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall not be less than the two times the amount put to tender that is, Rs. 997.64 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years that isfrom 2020-21to 2024-25 in all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only). The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDINi.e Unique Document Identification Numberalong with income tax return should be uploaded. The turnover of previous years will be updated to the present value of the year 2025-26 giving weightage of 10Percentage for each previous year turnover value.
