Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete as in Roof, Floors [other than ground floor], beams, staircase, landing, Chajjas and similar suspended work including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Making good under cills [or over arches, lintels and bressummers] including all pinning as necessary complete built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets & Chajjas etc. and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive Guniting / Plastering, preparing surfaces and applying a coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer to all steel surfaces as antirust agent and welding steel wire Fabric / Mesh of size 75X25mm of weight not less then 3.0KG per Sq.m to existing reinforcement, applying a coat of Nito Bond AR of M/s. Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type C1 [Nominal Mix] 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5m span, Cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall & ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Serial Item No. 1 to 27: The work shall be carried out up to Five Storey height and the rates quoted are deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
