Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cms thick in soft/loose soil after the cables are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 15 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out 15 mm dia bore from trenches/wall the existing old u/s GI/PPR pipe including all fittings such as bends, elbow and Tees etc.Complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling and tapping cast iron water mains of dia 20 mm bore (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia of following sizes including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair self supported mild steel rubber lined chimney of height 30 mtr with additional guy rope support for saftey having three section, first section of the chimney will be taper section of height 10 mtr with bottom dia of 800 mm which will be tappering to 300 mm and 8 mm thick, second section of chimney of height 5 mtr will be 300 mm dia with 8 mm thick and last three section will be 300 mm dia of height 15 mtr made from a 6 mm thick plate complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Chimney will be flanged to facilitae rubber lining and also for ease of eraction. 2. The chimney will have ladder with cage and plateforms will be provided 2 points for sampling. 3. The entire chimney will be lined from inside with 3 mm natural rubber. 4. GI flats with insulators will be provided for Earthing along with lighting arrestor. 5. Aviation Lamp with wiring will be provided at top of the chimney . 6. Six numbers of guy ropes with clamps will be provided for additional saftey. 7. The outside of the chimney will be painted with two coats of heat resistant aluminium paint. 8. Extra civil work cost included in rate. 9. Erection cost is included in the price.

S&F in repair of Control Panel for Incinerator IP 54 enclosure with 100 Amp rating Isolator including 04 Nos TICs for Primary Chamber, Secondary Chamber, Venturi Scrubber inlet , Venturi Scrubber outlet. Starter and including lamps for ID Fan, rec Pump , Burners etc. Saftey interlocks for low water, High temperature in primary /secondary/ venturi inlet/outlet. One safety limit to shut down burner when charging door is opened. Audio visual alarm for abnormal condition. 02 Nos Sequences Controller for 02 nos burner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of Water Tank 5.5 feet dia and 3.5 feet dia Mild Steel , Rubber lined manufactured from 5 mm Mild steel plates, with necessary inlet /outlet complete all as specified and directed. 1. Extra civil work cost included in rate. 2. Erection cost is included in the price.

Supply and Installation of Circulating Water pump of capacity 0.5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of ID Fan in SS304 MOC, with Motor and V belt Drive Complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
