REPAIRS TO CERTAIN ROADS AND REPLACEMENT OF ROAD FURNITURE AT ARMY AREA BANAR UNDER GE BANAR

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads/path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good filling screened & graded road metal, watering and well remming (including supply of road metal) as inspected/approved before laying the primix carpet complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charges.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm & n exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic bitumen grade emulsion (SS1), conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate o, 0.7-1 kg/ Sqm on unsurfaced area as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charges.
