Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided including cutting of wall with fine cutter complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Fe - W (Gde-E-250) quality A, Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fe 410 - W (Gde E 250) quality A, Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No. 2 to 4 : Desgin of framed structure and specification will be submitted by the contractor duly vetted by IIT /NIT / Govt. Engineering collage within 60 days after acceptance of work for approval of Accepting officer. The cost of same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above Items.

M&L for preparing new surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described of steel/iron and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of column for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 180 mm dia of PVC (SWR) pipes of 6kg/sqcm pressure rating, half round ready made eves gutter of approved make including necessary fitting like bend WC/MS clips etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm dia of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anchor bolts (Make : Hilti bolt india ltd or equivalent) of size 16mm dia 150mm long fixed to RCC foundation with and including chemical for fixing all as per manufactureres instruction and drilling on MS Plate of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 8 mm thick CM 1:4 with approved water proofing compound over backing coat of 12 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation new plastered external wall surfaces and apply one coat of primer and allowed to dry overnight before applying first coat of weather proof (anti fungal paint) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Before application of primer coat, the moisture of the wall surface shall be checked with a moisture meter .

M&L for application of first coat of weather proof paint (anti fungal paint) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac )on primed wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of weather proof paint (anti fungal paint) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) over first coat on wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix wind driven Turbo ventilator having average capacity of 1500 to 2000 RPM having neck diameter 700-750mm and 42 Nos fins,top plate and bottom ring shall made high grade stainless steel (SS 304) and fins to made of high grade aluminium (H 14) of min thickness 3mm matching with roof sheet profile and with suitable base plate made of aluminium/polycarbonate and suitable for installing on metal sheets and aluminium sheets including cutting and making holes of required size on existing roof for fitting the same and properly packing the sides water tightly including scaffolding or similar work to reach the heighjt upto 25 metres etc all as specified and as directed..

Taking down the existing water proofing treatment from the roof including cement mortar ,removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick layer of rendering with CM 1:3 including 3% of WPC over neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm on roof finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC surface shall be made dry, clean, even and checked for soundness. Removal of oil, dirt, laitance and other contaminants by manually and surface shall be fairy smooth finish. Plastering the floor wall junctions with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalent @ 1 litre per 50 kg bag of cement. Down take rain water pipe Annuar space packing using Conbextra GP2 or equivalent mixed water and filling as per manufacturer’s specifications. Water ponding to be done for minimum for 48 hours and injection grouting of construction joints, leaking spot and honey combs with cement atious pressure grouting with 40 psi pump using Cebex 100 or equivalent @225 gms mixed to 50kg bag of cement including joints packing using polymer modified mortar. Providing and applying water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surfaces and 1.5mm thick with 2 coats with interval period of 6 hrs over substrate at a coverage rate of 2kg/sqm using spray/squeegee/roller/brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700%(ASTM D412-90), tear resistance of 21 KN/m (ASTM D624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9N/nm2(ASTM D412-90). Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm height above the finalized floor level as per vendor recommendation. Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed concrete. Screed to slope: Providing, batching, mixing transporting through transit mixers, pumping and laying controlled screed concrete of M20 grade of average 75 mm thickness with a minimum thickness of 50 mm at drain points and slope of 1:150 or required as per the site condition at all levels by admixing necessary admixtures conplast WL or equivalent @ 150ml per bag or cement and mixing graded fibrillated 100% virgin poly propylene fibres in concrete at the rate of 0.90kg/cum as per manufactures specification. Note: - Work has to be executed without disturbing/ causing any damage to the existing solar panels

M&L for 20mm thick layer of screed bed with CM 1:4 over roof for laying tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick machine pressed coloured with white cement and pigments set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting old reinforcement at required level complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Demolition of concrete will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for RCC M 30 (RMC) using 20mm graded aggregate as in column complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Anodized aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, (size of grid 605x605mm) all as specified including GI hangers 6mm dia (upto 1.50m length) adjesting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.50mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws as in ceiling as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new false ceiling surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning and removal of rusted particles from reinforcement of any diameter using wire brush/emery paper or by grinding and applying Anticorrosive chemical of M/s BASF/FOSROC/STP or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying bond coat on the prepared concrete surfaces to receive new micro concrete, using two component epoxy based bond coat MASTER Brace 1414 of BASF Nitobond EP of FOSROC/Fitbond EA of commix in one full coat, including Laying of micro concrete average of 30mm thickness.Work shall be completed within overlay time of bond coat. This bond coat acts as a bonding agent between old and new concrete complete all as specified and as directed.. Note: 1. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of materials all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc, complete as per specification and as directed. 2. Bonding coat and micro concrete shall be done by authorized applicators.

Providing, fixing and removing after use of water tight shuttering (form work) using film coated 12 mm thick plywood sheets for micro- concreting the columns/beam/slab in line and level with proper support complete all as specified and as directed.. (Note : The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of materials all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc, complete as per specification and as directed

S&F flat iron of size 40X6mm as in wind tie complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Height of truss/steel members is upto 20m from GL.
