Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder should quote service charge only in percentage(%) in KPPP only.

The minimum service charge in the procurement of outsource of man powerservice is fixed as 2%. Hence, the bidders shall quote financial bid having service charge equal to or above 2%. if the bidder quotes less than 2% then such bids will be rejected

In case the multiple bidders quote equal service charge, then bidder will be selected by Dip System (Lottery) in the presence of Bidders in front of Commissioner , City Corporation, Ballar

The bidder should have provided 26 Labours in single work done within three financial years(2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)

The biddershould have experience in terms of ANY manpower labour supply for an amount of Rs. 54.70 Lakhs within three financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 By E-procurement tender
