Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/rectingular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per serial item No. 50.00 described here-in-before but as in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in decorative shelves, steps, pillers, jambs, coocking plateform etc laid over 15mm screed bed in CM (1:6) with chemfering of edge including pointing in white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding & mirror polishing complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick in plinth protection and footpath laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters 1.25 mm thick, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type complete all as specified.

S&F angle iron, MS flat iron in wind ties and similar work confirming to Fe 290-0 grade E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces any description exc 10cm width or girth complete all as specified.

S&F WPC louvers wall panneling (profile sheet) thickness varies from 10mm to 17mm and width varies from 150mm to 300mm inclusive of necessary fittings, fixtures, grids and capping/ fillets reuired at site as per manufacture specifications etc complete all as specified & directed. Make-Rajshree or equivalent. Note: The size, pattern and colour of WPC louvers panneling shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.
