OD90501/2025-2026:Charges for dismantling the pump stage by applying rust removes and cutting away the rusted bolt and nut and taking out bearing case and removing impeller From pump shaft using puller to avoid any further damage.

OD90502/2025-2026:Design Supply, testing and commissioning KWA Pre - qualified reputed make centrifugal pump set with bronze impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing with suitable type base plate with coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts & nuts etc. complete suitable for coupling the pump and motor above the base plate etc. complete including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of cement, sand and metal etc. complete . the duty condition as follows L discharge - 417 lps Total head 30m. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre - qualified reputed make a horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of speed 1470RPM or less suitable for the above pump working 3 phase 50HzAC supply , working voltage 415 V the motor shall confirm to IE2/IE3as per IS 12615-2018. Erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating FCMA starter suitable for the above motor.

OD90503/2025-2026:Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged sluice valve of PN 1.6 of suitable size and NRV with suitable pressure rating Fitting of valve shall include proper RCC support especially. for non return valves. Supply and fitting of suitable size best quality MS pipe or thickness not less than 8mm for a total length of 10m. suitable for the above pump set and connecting the suction pipe and valve with suitable flanges,nut and bolts,IR sheet etc. complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main. All items associated with Pumpstes like foot valve, NRV, Sluice valve etc shall have 2 years warranty. T

OD90498/2025-2026:Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of cubical type floor mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control pannel board consisting of 1NO suitable capacity MCCB as incomer and 3 Nos. suitable capacity MCCB as outgoing (the three MCCBs are interlocking with each other t,two Nos. working at a time and one stand by providing suitable size Aluminium bus bar inter connect the above MCCBs and fitted with 3 Nos. of indicator lamps, 1No. volt meter with selector switch , I NO Ammeter with CTs and selector switch with etc. complete and provide with a common earth bus for entrie panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per CEA regulation and cods of practice .the panel shall be fitted on a common base frame of suitable foundation. specification may be modifired if there is only pump set by changing 2 nos of outgoing as one out and the provision of interlocking may be avoided Supply, laying , testing and commissioning of suitable size XPLE insulated armoured Alumininum conductor cables of size 3.5cx 240 sqmm - 20m for the above pump set 2nos from panel board to starters and from starters to motors cosdering energy conservation. CABLING WORK:- Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of suitable size Aluminium conductor armoured cables for the above pump set from panel board to starter and suitable size cable through PVC pipe, flexible hose and accessories from starter to motor.considering energy conservation . EARTHING:- Supply of all material and providing duplicate earthing by 25 x 3mm copper strip on wall /column/floor/buried (Appx. 20 mtrs) in ground and giving double earthing to motor,starter,panel board etc. and connect with existing earthbus as per CEA regulation 2010
