Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimeter) below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for sub-grade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303 as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying soling including spreading and compacting stone aggregate 90mm to 45mm (Ninety millimeters to Forty five millimeters with crushed/broken stone aggregate in sub-base course to water bound specifications including shorting & spreading to template in uniform thickness and consolidations with power vibrating roller of 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity in stages and compacted thickness 100mm (One hundred millimeters) to the required gradient and camber including applications of screening and moorum materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate watering and rolling making necessary earthen bunds to protect edges, berms and preparations of shoulders by providing necessary earth filling including watering, ramming and rolling to the required lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversions etcetera complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and Laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications section 800 & 1200 1:4:8 (One cement : Four sand : Eight graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size) in road work and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any type of taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 60mm ( sixty millimetres) thick inter locking blocks heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305 & 1603 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals..

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 with 15% plums and curing complete including the cost of formwork for plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any type of taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying 100mm (Hundred millimeters) dia P.V.C pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 1206.6 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any type of taxes imposed by the Government

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works as per H.P.P.W.D specifications, approved drawing, design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 20mm ( Twenty millmetres) nominal bore to wall ceiling and floor galvanised mild steel tubes (heavy grade) tube fitting and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any type of taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 1000 ( one thousand ) litres net capacity tan PVC water storage tank of ISI : 12701 marked, G.I. inlet and outlet connection, 15mm ( fifteen millimetres) nominal bore ball valve and mosquito proof PVC cover with locking arrangement including hoisting up to all heights above ground level as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Government.
