Objective: To conduct a comprehensive door-to-door property field survey of buildings and open lands to prepare attribute and non-attribute spatial data as per specified parameters.

1) Conduct field surveys of houses, factories, land, and other properties situated in industrial premises, and assess their areas. 2) Capture high-definition photographs of each property from two distinct sides. Prepare computerized CAD-scaled floor and building plans showing detailed carpet areas. Provide KML and PDF files, and printed reports of properties/wards/zones, including case papers with photos, plans, calculations, and old records. Assign UPIN door numbers according to property numbers. Link the floor plan, property details, and photographs to the computerized property database (IWBP) for quick reference. 3) Enter all collected data and assist in the assessment of properties with tax calculation. Prepare formats 43 and 47, adhering to sections 118, 121, and 150 of The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965. Create primary and final tax assessment lists, assessment registers, and generate assessment notices and demand bills. Prepare registers of objections, hearing note sheets, and handle the arrangement and settlement of objections and hearings. Post updates after hearings and provide online data publishing for the entire process. 4) Develop a web application to link the property tax department's data for quick reference and report generation of transactions.
