Providing, laying, Spreading and rolling of built-up spray grout layer using bitumen (S-90)/ VG-10 over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm as per Technical Specification Clause 505. as per the instructions of the Engineer-in Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. Bitumen (S-90)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. (Zero decimal two five to Zero decimal three zero Kilogramme) per Sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm thick (Thirty milimetre) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes ( Seventy five Tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-10) @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 in all respect as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge, including entire carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and Laying hot thermoplastic paint strip 2.5mm thick with imported road marking materials conformingto British specification 3262 with 20% glass beeds having reflective of 1.5mm with 75% spherical and indigenous or foreign plant having sufficient strength of with stand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 250 to 300 degree more than the climate temperature of the area in a width of 0.10 mtr. strip in white colour according to Ministry of Surface Transport specifications and IRC 35 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
