dumb and deaf, disabled, mentally disabled persons; (ii), women's self-help

group recognized by Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company, which participate

directly in tendering process for the product which they are manufacturing

Reverse Auction (RA)

The Reverse Auction (RA) shall be conducted in accordance with the prevailing GeM guidelines

and applicable procurement policies.

The RA qualification rule shall be H1 (Highest Priced Bid Elimination). Accordingly, bidders

qualifying after price bid opening, as per the H1 elimination criteria, shall be applicable to

participate in the Reverse Auction.

The Reverse Auction process will be initiated by this office after opening of the Price Bid. Eligible

bidders are advised to regularly monitor the n Procure e-auction portal and ensure compliance
