RWS Scheme S.H Repairing Mtc complete rewinding of burnt submersible pump motor along with other allied works of different SBDTW Scheme attached to GWR Schemes under Hezamara R.D Block during the year 2025-26

Repairing and maintenance of submersible motor suitable for submersible pump set by complete dismantling in/c providing & fitting fixing of PVC(IS: 8783-1978) insulated electro grade copper( IS:613-1984) conductor winding in stator & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same in/c servicing of motor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

i) 1 HP motor suitable for1000 GPH capacity submersible pumpset.

i) 1.5 HP motor suitable for 1500 GPH capacity submersible pumpset.

i) 2.0 HP motor suitable for 2000 GPH capacity submersible pumpset.

ii) 3.0 HP motor suitable for 2000/2500 GPH capacity submersible pumpset.

Repairing of 2 HP/ 3HP capacity submersible pump of different make in/c dismantling the old unserviceable pump and reassembling the pump in good condition by providing necessary spare parts etc. in/c necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fitting, fixing of single phase motor starter panel unit capacity comprise with 2 pole conductor over load relay capacitor volt meter, Amps meter of BCH/L&T make with necessary copper wire etc. complete as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable confirming to relevant IS code for submersible motor with all necessary equipments and fitting as required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

iv) 10.0 Sqmm

Providing and fitting fixing G.I pipe (medium class) confirming to IS: 1239 for Mark-II/III as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

i) 40 mm NB

Providing and fitting fixing of steel sheet enclose switch fuse unit( suitable for DIN fuses), tripple pole with neutral link(TPN), 415/500 volt, L&T/Havels/BCH make etc complete as per specification and direction of the Er-in-charge.

i) 32 amps

Labour charges for lifting of 2/3 HP submersible pump motor in/c column pipe assembly by chain pulley block as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Labour charge for lowering of 2/3 HP submersible pump motor in/c column pipe assembly by chain pulley block as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Supplying and installation of water lubricated submersible pump of Duke make (Model No.DSP4RFH05) having capacity 1500 GPH at total head of 45 mtr. Coupled with submersible meter 2 HP suitable for 240 Volt (+10% verification) single phase 50HP.AC supply DOL starting method to run at 2880 ROM along with 35 mtr 2.50 Sqm PVC insulated 3 (three) core flat copper cable in/c fitting fixing & lowering and 40 mm dia GI pipe upto reqd depth. etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Ch. (required 40/32 mm dia GI pipe will be supplied by the Deptt. at free of cost or paid separately)
