SPECIAL REPAIRS OF ROOF TREATMENT INCLUDING RAIN WATER DRAIN PIPES AND FALSE CEILING AT SHS BUILDING (P-18) MWC(V) AND PROVISION OF WALL MOUNTED FANS IN BUILDING NO P-36 AND P-169 AT NKG, NAUSENA BAUGH, VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in roof padding etc including old detoriated roof treatment and bedding layer and removing debries and rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 M but nexc 5 km complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and filling light weight AAC bats (of size 40-60mm) with cement mortar mixed in the ratio 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 block bats) including mixing of approved water proofing compound in recommended proportion, the laid AAC bats mix shall be well rammed and compacted as required. The surface shall be screed with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone grit of size 6 mm mixed with water proofing compound in recommended portion, laid to an average thickness of 25 mm and finished smooth or ready to receive finish material as specified, care shall be taken prior to filling all pipes passing through sunk portion such as the pipes are pressure tested by maintaining pressure for 24 Hours and junctions of pipes passing through walls, slabs are well grouted and sealed; this shall be tested by ponding water for required depth and maintaining for 75 Hours complete all as required and as directed. (Note: (I) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of AAC bats, cement mortar, top screed, labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights, (ii) For payment the area of sunken slab and depth of filling including the thickness of screed shall be measured)

Material & labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm gaded stone aggregate laid on RCC roof slab to make surface levelled for proper slope finish the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick, screed bed as in roof in cement mortar 1:3 finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of horizontal or vertical surfaces for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned accessible RCC roof with the following specification and manufacturings instruction complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surfaces as per IS3067-1966 (b) Applying bitumen primer(85/25 grade)conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned plaster surface @ 0.5 Ltr per sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps shall be applied on the prepared surface. (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrance 3.0mm thick (minimum) weight 3.6Kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160gms per sqm by torch application. The over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant roof/Terrace Tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm of thicness 09- 10 mm minimum ,white coloured, with mineral composition, SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/50 kg bag of cement,applying cement slurry and scratching the screed bed for proper fixing of tiles,laying the tiles with 4-6 mm spacers and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed. Note : Waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets/snap grid etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to cerntre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete including Hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed .

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board, 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat alkali resistant primer over a coat of of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium Anodised snap grid frame work of size 600mm x 600mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm thick, for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 8 mm thick, Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 600 x 600 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face to centre, board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish including two coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall by complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing, stopping etc and applying two coats weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, having dart pick up resistant, silicon enhanced, UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipe including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc.complete all as specified and directed

(Note :- (i) Two runs of 2.5 sqmm and one runs of 2.5 sqmm cable as earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length, (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to include cutting chases for concealed wiring including making good the same as per the existing one)
