Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3.00m in depth and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations including Pile Caps, Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns, Fillings, Mass Concrete, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, Retaining Walls, Abutments, Basement Walls, Ballast Walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Use and Removal of Steel Formwork [Plain / Curved] to Faces of Walls, Retaining Walls, Abutments, Parapets and Staircase Railings and similar work including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, etc. Vertical or to Batter for ROUGH finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Use and Removal of Steel Formwork to sides of Concrete Foundations, Pile Caps, Footings, Bases of Columns, Raft and Raft Beams, sides and soffits [if any] of Foundation and Plinth Beams and similar work, Vertical or to Batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hand packing Broken Stone or Boulders [any thickness] at back of walls over arches etc. and raising [or lowering] to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum / Red Bajri filling under Floors or in Pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread levelled and rammed / rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity including watering to and consolidated to required level, gradient and camber required to achieve compaction of 98% modified proctor density complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Moorum / Red Bajri required shall be brought from outside MD Land. Compaction of Moorum filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions up to the modified proctor density not less than 98%. Measurements shall be taken after consolidation of earth and 5% deduction shall be made for payments.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc.] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work such as Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS machine made screw bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed other or screwed both ends, fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm long and not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of neck exceeding 11 mm but not exceeding 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia, Barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire will be measured for payment.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only Chain Link MS Galvanised Fencing, any size or type and of weight not less than 2.5 KG / Sq.m complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Concertina Coil Fencing with Punched Tape Concertina Coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire conforming to IS – 4454 [Part – 1], of Grade – SM duly Hot Dipped Galvanised as per IS – 4826 with 230GSM, 1050mm dia, 10 Metre openable length, with Galvanised coating and Punched Tape material as per IS – 513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 Metre length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb Length 24±1mm, Barb Width 19±1mm, Pitch between Two Barbs 35±1mm], Spring Core Wire [2.6 mm thick] of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams / Metre and fixing to “Y” or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] Wire, Stud tied with GI Staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px Compound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire & angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Hard / Dense Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Soling of spread thickness 200mm with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick [compacted thickness] Water Bound Macadam with coarse aggregate of Grading 2 [63 to 40mm size] spread, rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Premixed Bituminous Macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber [consolidate thickness more than 75mm] using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30 as binder with 4% by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing surfaces of unsurfaced Water Bound Macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 KG per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen and laying Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG – 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note: Minimum Bitumen content shall be 5.5% as specified here in above. Please note that if the actual quantity of bitumen to be incorporated on approval of Mix–Design is found more than the minimum bitumen content specified above, No price adjustment shall be made for actual bitumen content of Mix–Design. Bitumen shall be Paving Bitumen of Grade VG–30 and shall be procured by the contractor.

M & L for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MOSRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.
