Dismantling of 32 mm and above nominal bore GI, Cast Iron or PVC Pipe from existing toilet including stacking and shifting material to AAI departmental store as per direction of E-I-C.

Dismantling of 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore GI or PVC concealed Pipe including stacking and shifting material to AAI departmental store as per direction of E-I-C.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. Providing and fixing Wash Room basin & vanity counters with 12 mm thick 100% bendable Acrylic solid surface of Dupont or Merino Hyundai Hanex or equivalent of approved make, shade, and design , with properties like bacteria resistance,antifungal, heavy duty scratch resistant & stain resistant, impact resistant, insulative & non conductive, Green Guard gold certified, fire rating as per standard EN 13501-1 for Euroclass reaction to fire, density at 23 degree celsius 1.81gm/cm3, thermal expansion 3.5x10^(-5)/degree celsius,etc over 12mm thick WPC board with underneath RCC slab of minimum 75mm thick or any other surface including all moulded wash basins,finishing of joints,silicon sealants etc to give joint less smooth surface. Acrylic solid surface sheets to be cut, pasted and finished in approved shade, as per approved design by the Engineer in charge. The vanity counters will be seamlessly integrated with Acrylic sold surfaces made washbasin in approved color with minimum size 600 mm (L)x 400mm(W) x 200 mm(D) and back splash of minimum 100mm to complete the profile.The spacing between two wash basin shall be minimum of 100 mm or specified other wise, should be placed symmetrically in the vanity counters.The finished counter height shall be 850 to 950 mm from finished floor level. The front storage facia will also be made with the solid surface with the opanable system with necessary hardware & accesorries.Skirtng height from floor will be 200mm & below the basin will be 200mm. This counter should be fixed over 12mm WPC supporting structure with all mechanical fixtures as per the specification, drawings and guideline as approved by the EIC. The quoted rates shall include material cost with wastages, fabrication & installation of counter at site, cost of silicon & approved adhesives, chamfering of edges, flushing of joints and final finishing as per directions of Engineer-/in-charge. The visible surface area will be taken into consideration for measurement.(WPC supporting structures will be paid seperately). Supplying and installing modular toilet cubicles of Make - Merino, Model Type - Titan SS series or Make- Greenlam, Model Type- Sturdo Classique-Invincible with Box Toprail or equivalent of size 1000 mm x 1550 mm x 2100 mm (W x D xH ), (Height is including 150 mm gap from bottom ) and a door of width 600 mm. all panels, pilasters, doors shall be made up of 12 mm thick solid compact laminate (Phenolic Core Board as per IS 2046 based on thermosetting resins, homogeneously reinforced with cellulose fibers making cubicles impervious to Water resistance to fire, etc. Compact laminate should be Greenguard and IGBC certified. All accessories shall be of stainless steel of grade SS 304 including all hardware/fittings. The pilasters are anchored to the flooring using adjustable SS legs. The SS top rail shall be fixed on the top of the pilasters. Accessories include SS Hings, SS Door knob, SS legs, SS thumb turn indicator, SS coat hook, SS top rail and SS channels. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Pillar cock for handicap washbasin (make Jaquar, model OPP-CHR-15001PM) or equivalent all fitings and accessories complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building /structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing and fixing wall paneling with 19mm thick marine ply (Confirming to IS 710) of approved make with decorative laminates of 1 mm thick of approved make. The panelling should be fabricated with necessary coves and the centre portion of the panel will be decorated with artificial premium quality grass as per approved design. The job should be completed in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C and nothing extra shall be payable.

Providing and fixing wall paneling with 19mm thick marine ply (Confirming to IS 710) of approved make with decorative laminates of 1mm thick of approved make. The panelling should be fabricated with necessary coves if required and 6mm thick mirror of approved brand shall be placed at centre portion of the panel. The job should be completed in all respect as per approved design and direction and satisfaction of E-I-C and nothing extra shall be payable.

Providing and fixing wall paneling with 19mm thick marine ply (Confirming to IS 710) of approved make with decorative metal finished laminates of 1mm thick of approved make, texture and colour. The job should be completed in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C and nothing extra shall be payable.
