RequiredAttested copy of Partnership Deed with recent Form-G obtained from Registrar of firms for the current year, Power of Attorney, if any, for signing the bid documents in case of partnership firm & self-affidavit for proprietorship firm. In case the Form-G is not available for current year Affidavit cum Undertaking of the firm declaring no change in Form-G is to be submitted. However, this affidavit cum undertaking should be executed only by partnership firm. The party shall be liable to give fresh affidavit cum undertaking, after completion of its one year.
