S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, EPDM washers and HDPE fillers to be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheets & fasteners etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling,Size of grid 605 x 605mm, (size of main runner 39x24.7x0.8mm, cross Tee 29x24.7mmx0.8mm, wall flange 22.2x22.2x0.65mm) hanging with 4mm dia GI wire suspenders from roof, ‘J’ hooks bolts and nuts etc, with and including 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium framework with screws,complete all as specified and directed .

S&F ceiling with mineral fibre board of size 600x600x16mm including GI snap grid ceiling, section of main grid section 24x38x0.35mm, distribution grid section 24x26x0.35mm and L section 24x24x0.35 with and including with 4mm dia GI wire suspenders from roof, ‘J’ hooks bolts and nuts etc complete all as per manufactures instructions as as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliation Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cemnt mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 20mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm and 10mm) sperately mixed with water proofing compund in top layer as per manufacturers instruction and finishing the surfaces even and smooth witout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new wall surface applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new wall surface applying Two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over 1 mm thick wall care putty,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated wood surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described appling applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer,complete all as specified and directed..

(ii) Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction on existing roof surface true to level after applying cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over RCC slab when concrete is green. (iii) Applying one coat of solvent free epoxy primer 200gm/sqm in two coats (iv) Applying high build single component polyurethane water proofing coating @ 1.8 Kg/Sqm in two coats or more coats. Note : (a) Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approved by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted and guarantee money towards roof treatment as specified in special condition shall be returned from bill for the period of ten years from certified date of completion.
