M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing old treatment as in wall and applying two coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered wall surface applying One coat of oil bound distemper on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : The complete painting work including preparation of surface to be carried out by the Authorised Applicator of the Paint Manufacturer. The Authorised Applicator will provide the certificate for work executed in terms of Area and its warranty clause. This certificate will be submitted with RAR and Final Bill.

Note : The complete painting work including preparation of surface to be carried out by the Authorised Applicator of the Paint Manufacturer. The Authorised Applicator will provide the certificate for work executed in terms of Area and its warranty clause. This certificate will be submitted with RAR and Final Bill.

M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1; 3), 5mm thick as in ceiling finished even & Smooth w/o using extra cement, preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and apply three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed. complete and including taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and preparation of newly plasterd surface and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over and including one coat of primer over newly plastered surfaces and 1mm thick wall care putty(POP) complete all as specified. Note : The complete painting work including preparation of surface to be carried out by the Authorised Applicator of the Paint Manufacturer. The Authorised Applicator will provide the certificate for work executed in terms of Area and its warranty clause. This certificate will be submitted with RAR and Final Bill.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with and incl water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and M&L for two coat of cement base paint over new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
