Non SEZ area : Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter ,removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide , Pesticide will be provided by Infopark & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel , other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. Note:- The contractor has to quote the rate for the maintenance for a period of one year. Quoted rate divided by 12 will be the rate towards the maintenance of one month. Minimum daily manpower to be deployed at site shall be as per tender conditions. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of ESI,PF and all other statutory charges.

Clearing grass, wild growth of vegetation etc and removal of rubbish and disposal within the park pointed out by Engineer in charge. This works has to be arranged based on requirement. The quantity furnished in the BOQ is the total extant of work to be done in one year.
