Maintenance of lawns: Lawn mowing with electric motor / portable cutter machine and edging & weeding of the lawns (once in 15 days from June - Nov and once in 30 days from Dec - May) and application of fertilizers, insecticides, Fungicides (once in a month) by manual Including cost of fertilizers including all operational, incidental ,labour charges, weeding for complete item of work,

Maintenance of lawns: watering to the lawn once in a day @ 10 to 15 ltrs /per Sqmt basing on season and weather conditions (30 watering is required in a month to maintain sub-soil moisture continuously), Including cost of water including all operational, incidental, labour charges for complete item of work,

Maintenance of hedge/shrub planting: Edge cutting 0.30mtr. away from the edges/shrub (once in a month) and application of fertilizers, insecticides, Fungicides (once in a month @ 20 gms/pit/sqmt) etc., by manually Including cost of fertilizers it including all operational, incidental, labour charges, weeding for complete item of work.

Maintenance of hedge/shrub planting: watering once in a day @ 5 Lts/per sqmt shall be provide to maintain sub soil moisture continuously by manually Including cost of water including all operational, incidental ,labour charges for complete item of work..

It includes engaging men for Watch and Ward in all the above parks (PARK TIMINGS MORNING 5 AM TO 9 AM AND EVENING 5 PM TO 9 PM), Mazdoor has to be present in the parks as instructed by the municipal incharge of parks. They have to keep the park in good condition, i.e., to clear all the weeds, garbage, debris and all other foreign material. The park should be free from plastic, paper waste, dead plants, fallen tree branches and damaged vegetation. Providing watering to the plants to keep the plants, trees and lawn in healthy condition. Safe guarding the assets of the park like - Electricity Items, Motor, Pipe lines, plants, lawn, gym and play equipement. They are responsible for overall maintenanace and upkeeping of parks in good condition along with the above mentioned works. (Cost on 5% of Replacement of Lawn)
