1. Repairs to 250 mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Zalkhai at 04 leaking spots by way of cutting, welding, belting etc on cracked portions by using M.S flat plate of 3mm thick and 50mm width to cover the circumferential cracks. The edges of the M.S flat plate shall be welded using superior quality of electrodes to make joint strong and leak proof. The job shall also includes the charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, skilled labours, earth excavation for completing the repair work. All the tools and tackles required for completion of job shall be arranged by the contractor after conducting repair the rising main shall be tested on full load. The job also includes charges on account of dragging of above mentioned equipments from road side to working site for the completion of job. 2.
