Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/galvalume sheet of any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos sheet of any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering,complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall/eaves board , fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet eaves gutters of dia 150mm, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet stop ends of dia 150 mm (for spigot or socket ends) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketd, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with stack clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of Rolled mild steel Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A ) in roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Water Proofing Treatment with and including roof tiles and padding upto original roof and removing debris from the Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying neat cement slurry over existing roof surface @ 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 10/12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid over roof slab after applying cement slurry for filling undulations finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar plaster (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing componud as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

"Supply only" liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surface as per IS:3067-1966. (b) Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.50 Litre per Sqm.(salitex primer of STP) (c) Applying coat of hot applied bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sq m of surfaces (d) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrance; 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.60 Kilogram per Square Metre (reinforced) with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre by Torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the Transverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane. Note-(i) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (ii) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iii) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mm x 25mm (minimum) shall be made in cover fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall / mumpty/ other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab, 20-25 mm thick (single slab) laid in step/floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre over 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), including pointing in grey cement slurry to match the shade of slab and cutting groves in stone and making nosing at edge, removing unserviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab, 20-25 mm thick (single slab) in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre including pointing in grey cement slurry to match the shade of slab, removing unserviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation,etc.) or insulation boards /slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Aluminium powder coated snap grid False ceiling of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick for fixing boards/files with aluminium anodised main 'T' section 36mm x 25mm x 1.40mm cross tee 23.50mm x 23.50mm x 1.40mm thick and aluminium angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.40mm as on edges/sides including hanging arrangements with 1.6mm dia GI wire and anodised adjuster complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board (ecorative finish) of calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mmx600 mm grid of thickness of 6mm (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid seprately) complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
