M&L 110mm dia 3-layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer pipes SDR 7.4 (PN. 16) UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings and fixtures such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs & sockets etc., laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Supplying,fixing, jointing, testing CI sluice valve PN-1.6 with non-magnetic steel spindle ISI marked (IS-14846 or latest revised) with flanged ends including necessary mounting nuts, bolts, washers and packing fibre gasket on both ends suitable for 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for development of bore with reaming upto 550mm in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulder etc from ground level to 50 mtr depth including making of initial bore hole manually into tube well including assembling, lowering and fixing in position of 300mm dia MS Pipe welding in position MS sleaves 300 mm, 8mm thick necessary cleaning painting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS Pipe 300mm dia shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for development of bore with reaming upto 400mm in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulder etc from ground level to 50 mtr depth excedding 50 mtr below GL and upto 250 mtr, into tube welll including assembling lowering and fixing in position MS sleaves 150mm, 8mm thick necessary cleaning painting complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS Pipe 150 mm dia will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for MS casing pipe of 300mm medium grade both side plain end complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS casing pipe of 150mm medium grade both side plain end complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for additional cost for slotting to pipe 150mm size with slot opening 1mm wide and 10cm long at regular interval uniformly distributed percentage of slot should be 20-22 % in each pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F jointing and lowering of MS reducing socket made out of MS plate 12mm thick plate of size 300/150mm bore MS pipe including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F jointing and lowering of ball plug made out of MS housing pipe 150mm dia walll thickness 8mm three and half meter long blocked with 10mm thick MS plate with hook 12mm dia of rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in any position centre guide made of MS flat iron size (40x6mm) at an interval of every plain pipe for 300./150 bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and packing /filling of cleaned and washed pea gravel of size 3mm to 5mm packing to make up cavity alround the stainer pipe from bottom to GL (100mm to 150mm all round the pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MS clamp suitable for 300mm dia housing pipe made for 150x20 mm thick plate including bolts/nuts and washers of required size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS sleaves 8mm thick suitable for 300mm MS pipe welding at joints with width 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

Developing the tube well using air compressor of 600 PSI and not less than 1200 CFM and over pumping to give yield to make sand free water and testing the yield as specified and directed for the following duration:- Note: All type of tools, plants and traransportation required by the contractor is to be arranged by the contractor and the rate for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(i) for first 24 hrs by using air compressor including proper arrangement for back pressure at 4 stage of core sand/grave/medium sand complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) for subsequent hrs if ordered by GE beyond 24 hrs by measns of over pumping method complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well cap made out of 6mm thick MS plate suitable for 300mm housing pipe to provide cover at top of tube well complete with locking arrangement using 25mm dia 400mm long MS bolt slotted through the cap and casing pipe with 1 No lock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked 1.5m long including screwed cap for pea gravel filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for strata sample box with glass cover 3 mm thick and having minimum internal dimention 1000mm x 300mm x 100mm made out of stainless steel planks 3mm thick with hinges staple including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete with soil sample placed in position of planks 20 mm thick . the number of portion may vary with type of soil strata met and over all length of the bore and can be increased beyond 1000mm x 300mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Strata sample as found while drilling tube well will be kept in the respective pigeon and letter to be painted/ written complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping 8 hours to determine using "V" notch constructed at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering in borewell, jointing, commissioning and testing of submersible pump set water lubricated and cooled complete with stream line non return valve, directly coupled with pumpset with and including squiral cage induction motor suitable for operation as recomended by manufacturer of pump on 415 V (+/-) 7.5% voltage 3 phase AC supply 30 HP pump set shall be capable to deliver of water at a head of 60 mtrs with 1250 LPM. The electric motor shall be hermetically sealed water lubricated vertical type and shall be directly coupled to the pump to be operated on fully automatic ATS starter (deem to including rate under appropriate respective in items) all acccessories such as stainless steel pump guard jacket (pump and motor shall be same make and HP or higher as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Note. Contractor shall submit the technical details of submersible pumping set with offer.

Supply and laying submersible copper cable 3 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering of column pipe of size 125 mm bore GI Pipe 3.10 m including welding of 02 nos of flange both side of suitable size and making grooves for running of cable including nut, bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of water sample for potability according to Government Standard limits from authenticated Government laboratory complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix NRV for Pump 150mm bore all as specified and directed

M&L sand filling in tranches for cushioning of LT UG cable including compacting after filling complete all as specified and directed. Note: only punned thickness shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' bricks old size laid dry flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in tranches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for foundation block of size 1.5mx1.5mx1m of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 20mm graded aggregate including form work and fair finishing to exposed surface including 4 nos of foundation bolts 12mm dia 12" long made of non magnetic stainless steel complete all as specified and directed. Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 36,450.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
