Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 1.10 MLD capacity based on Latest Technology comprising of integrated natural treatment system, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1 No.), Screen Chamber (1 No.), Grit Channel (1 No.), Distribution Box (1 No.), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor Unit (1 No., MCRT 40 Days, nitrification), Sludge Drying Beds (1 No.) with covering arrangements with polycarbonate sheet (6mm thick), Constructed Wetland (Rootzone System)(1 No.), Multi Media Filter (1 No.), Chlorine Contact Tank (1 No.), Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe (1 No.), Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard (P&F), Steel Gate (P&F) (1 No.), Interconnecting Path (1 No.), Railing and Access Ladder (1 No.), Plant Building/Chowkidhar Room (plinth area 80.50 sq.m.), Providing and fixing Laboratory equipments, providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment’s, SBC test for soil (1 No.),Landspacing and Gardening of Sewerage treatment plant area (1 No.) Providing and fixing of flood security lighting arangement around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual .(1 No.) (Latest edition)as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in foundation ( trenches for pipes and M/holes) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil,un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic,night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc.complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in Pick-Jumper work complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:4:8(1cement,4Sand,8 Stone Agrregate 40 mm Nominal Size & Curing Complete exculding the cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

In Foundation and Plinth within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete M30 (Design Mix) But not less than 1:1.5:3 & Curing Complete exculding the cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

In Foundation and Plinth within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10 Metre thickness including attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses etc.from top of foundation upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In Arches (dome etc.) upto any span within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and Ballies height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc.up to 200mm in thickness and the like including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engieer-in-Charge.

In vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engieer-in-Charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in arches upto 6 metres span.

Providing mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending, binding &placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying cement slurry on RCC Slab or cement concrete work within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing CI Rungs within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing Pre Cast SFRC Manhole cover having size of 560 mm internal dia (Medium Duty) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm with locking arrangement with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2nd Class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 Sand) within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in two coats on rough side of brick /concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level i/c arrires.intrenal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand) inner side i/c cost and carriage of material with in all leads,lifts and other incidentials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring & shuttering in :-

Foundation and Plinth within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches, galvanized mild steel tubes (light grade), tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for separately) including carriage with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.65mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing sand cast/cast iron spun spigot and socket soil, waste and ventilating pipes (lead caulked joints to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge 100mm nominal size.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches to be levelled to grade, centrifugal cement mortar lined ductile iron(spun) pressure pipes confirming to BIS 8923-2000 class K-7,suitable for tyton (push on joints ) including , tees, collars, tapers (if required) crosses, short pieces , tail pieces, plugs of required sizes i/c cutting pieces, chamfering where- ever required (earth work in trenches and cost of joints to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the following nominal diameters.
