Hire charges for providing White ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when torn out by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost .The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Note:If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting the pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, a penalty will be imposed by the Engineer in charge.

Hire charges for providing Aluminium Structure of centre (8 mts height) unsupported span of ranging 50' to 80' Aluminium Grade - T3, Pillars of size 200mm x 120mm x 4000 mm height with required Base plate with side and centre rafter dimension of 120mm x 200mm x 4000mm Length and suitable purlins with adequate supports along with necessary anchors to the ground to with stand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all the required places using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with water proof PVC coated Lacquered Finish Fabric firmly fixed to the purlins etc. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for providing Pagodas of 20ft x 20ft size with clear height of 10' at the ends and 14' height at centre. The pagodas shall be provided with adequate MS trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. Hire charges for providing Pendals of different spans with clear height of 14'-0" to 16'- 0" at the ends, and suitable height at centre with central unsupported span ranging from 30' to 80’ or any other span not less than 30’ as per the requirement.The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS girders, trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary supports on the ground to withstand heavy wind. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entre roof shall be made of one layer of nylon net with opening of size 100 x 100 mm .The nylon net must be provided with suitable openings alround for stiffness and for tying at the ends. The entre roof is to be covered with PVC coated lacquered finish fabric of approved GSM (750 to 850) over the nylon net for providing shelter. Hire charges for providing of banquet chairs for VIPs including loading, unloading, transportation etc., complete. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with MS pipes at required places with MS pipes of 40mm diameter using 2.45 m long verticals and 3 to 6 metres horizontals. The barrication provided such that it shall be 2m above ground level and 0.45 m pipe embeded in the ground with necessary earth work excavation in all soils upto 0.45m to 0.60 m depth (except rock requiring chiselling). The Horizontals shall be in 3 rows one at 0.50 metres from bottom and balance two rows at 0.70 metres intervals leaving top gap of 0.10 m to 0.15 m and using vertical pipes at a spacing of 2.40 mts to 2.70 mts using special type gripper clamps ("Nandu" clamps) for keeping the both horizontal and vertical intact and joining pins for horizontals. The barrication shall be strongly fixed with out any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading unloading erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site (both ways ) and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., duly refilling the pits and levelling the surface et c., complete as directed during the execution. Hire charges for erection and removal of temporary dias at a height of 60 cms to 120 cms (2' 0" to 4' 0") from the floor/Ground level using MS pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS pipe bracing and top covering 19mm ply wood laid on M.S pipes frame work and should be made with out undulation. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for erection and removal of temporary Platform at a height of 15 cms to 30 cms (6" to 12") from the floor/Ground level using MS pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS pipe bracing and top covering 19mm ply wood laid on M.S pipes frame work and should be made without undulation and without shaking. Hire charges for erection & removal of side wall up to required height with frill type cloth of approved make and colour with back supporting cloth fixed to frame as directed during execution for the function, the Side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days , if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution .

Hire charges for erection and removal of side curtains with water proof PVC coated Lacquered Finish Fabric/ any other suitable material on both sides of the sloped gallery or any other Shelter with M.S pipe frame work including necessary bolts, nuts, etc., complete as directed during execution. Hire charges for erection and removal of flat/sloped roof M.S pipes pendals using 40mm MS pipes for verticals. horizontals and roof supports etc., fixing with, special type gripper MS clamps (Nandu clamps) , extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps)for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (Except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40m to 0.60m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly without any shaking. The entre roof shall be made of one layer of nylon net with opening of size 100 x 100 mm .The nylon net must be provided with suitable openings alround for stiffness and for tying at the ends and over that the entire roof shall be covered suitably with Green shade net 125 GSM. The rate including conveyance and hire charges of all materials such as MS pips, Clamps, Green shade net and safety net etc. and labor charges for fixing and removal etc., complete. Hire charges for providing temporary seating Gallery using MS square pipe 3' x 2 " for vertical and horizontal tiers with necessary laterals and longitudinals , MS pipes to form 5 tiers Gallery with a rise of 1'-4" for the first tier & 1'-0" for the remaining risers . The tread shall be 4'-0", in the form of crate system and all the crates shall be installed 8'-0" centre to centre and along with "x" bracing to avoid jerk or sway in any manner and suitable plywood provided for riser and tread duly fixing with bolt and nuts. Hire charges for providing Multicolour decorative design Ceiling cloth at Aluminum/M.S Truss shelters ceiling to the required size and Sapn with approved colours and design for decorating the Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) made of required design and attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution.The ceiling cloth should be new one and should be in good condition throughout the Festival or Ustvam period. 1. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2. Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3. Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4. The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5. The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6. Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7. All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8. The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
