Surface dressing not exe 15cm deep in soft/loose soil completely all as specified and as directed.

Supply only approved earth from outside Md land incl. roalty etc. from a distance of 5 km. Note :- (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from outside MOD land, at his own arrangment. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, royalities, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With reference to clause 3.6 of MES Schedule Part-II on Serial Page No 22 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be finished embankment/traverse of filled earth after consolidation/compaction and 10% deduction shall be made from measured and claculated volume to allow for increase in bulk.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L soling (or sub base) 100mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M&L WBM 15cm thick in two layers of 7.5cm thick each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate with lime stones, sand stones, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 mm to 40mm size) spead, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC kerb stone Type B-1 1:2:4(20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc on unsurfaced WBM completed all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMMIVVBM as specified in Table500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed

M & L one layer of premix bituminous macadam of 50mm thick( Compacted thickness) using crushed aggregate of grading II of IRC laid/rolled and compacted with mechanical paver to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified I and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semidense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete rolled with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller.

Forming Embankments incl. raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 30 cm , watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc n. exc 1.5 m high from base.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 2.00 mm thick painting to road surfaces as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra cross etc, on roads, pavements and the like etc with thermoplastic road marking paint @ 5 Kg/Sqm and applying glass grit @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (both application shall be carried out through meachanical application by the approved applicator of manufacturer of paint).

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Hume Pipe Culvert Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete in foundation filling and mess concrete type D-2(1:4:8) as on fdns of brick wall.

M&L Cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in bed of Hume pipe.

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 600mm bore class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in Coping Including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer incl. preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

M&L Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for boulder pitching, laid dry,hand picked titly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M20 RCC nominal mix using 20 mm graded aggregate for slabs supported on walls, beam and and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in selves all as directed complete.

M&L 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor of drain bed finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing wire netting of galvanised steel wire,0.71 mm dia of 12 mm mesh size around hand packing.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate in Coping.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick surface , finished the surface fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
